Global Grants Hub strategic note

The strongest applicants will demonstrate practical understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, informed consent and meaningful inclusion rather than relying only on general statements about loving young people. Tailor the cover letter and CV with specific examples of supporting vulnerable participants, addressing participation barriers, handling sensitive information, arranging reasonable accommodation or referring concerns through appropriate channels. Applicants should answer the judgement questions carefully and show that they would protect confidentiality, follow authorised procedures and report safeguarding concerns promptly rather than investigate cases themselves. This is a part-time role involving activities in Kampala and Wakiso and should not be treated as a fully remote position. Salary information has not been published, so applicants should not assume a specific amount.
