Requirements
- Provide the organisation’s official name, country and headquarters address
- Provide the organisation’s website and contact-person information
- State the organisation’s years of operation, number of employees and sector
- Describe previous experience organising or leading robotics or technology projects
- Explain why the organisation is qualified to organise the challenge nationally or regionally
- Demonstrate the capacity to mobilise participants, schools, volunteers, referees, equipment and a suitable venue
- Agree to the Robotics for Good Youth Challenge terms, organiser guidelines and competition rulebook
- Complete the required organisational self-due-diligence confirmation
- Obtain ITU approval before presenting the event as an official Local Chapter
- Avoid charging participating youth teams an entry fee
- Prepare to finance or mobilise support for the event’s logistical and operational costs

Global Grants Hub strategic note
This opportunity is suitable for capable institutions that can organise and finance a serious national or regional youth robotics competition. It is not a grant, and ITU does not promise cash for venue costs, equipment, staffing, travel or event logistics. Strong applicants will have credible robotics, STEM or technology-programme experience, partnerships with schools and government, access to a suitable venue and a realistic sponsorship plan. Small organisations without technical staff, funding or national coordination capacity should first secure strong institutional partners before applying.
