Global Grants Hub strategic note

A strong youth-led funding opportunity for formally registered African non-profits, CBOs, NGOs and CSOs. Uganda is explicitly eligible and the full grant amount is €42,000 for a 12-month project. The most important eligibility filter is the unusually strict youth-led requirement: 100% of organisational governance and primary decision-making must be held by people aged 18–35, more than 80% of people designing and carrying out organisational activities must be aged 18–35, and all project implementation staff must be aged 18–35. Applicants should also demonstrate genuine innovation addressing a global challenge rather than simply proposing routine programme activities.
