Global Grants Hub strategic note

This opportunity is best suited to African AgriTech and food-system ventures that are already beyond the idea stage and can demonstrate a functioning product, paying customers, paid pilots, contracts or another credible form of market validation. It should not be treated as a conventional NGO grant: Halcyon is selecting scalable, market-based ventures and assesses applicants on impact, innovation, scalability and founder strength. Strong applicants should clearly show how their business improves farmer livelihoods, food security or climate resilience while presenting credible commercial traction and a realistic route to growth.
