This is a strong opportunity for established civil society and creative organisations seeking funding for advocacy, policy influence, civic participation and systemic change rather than straightforward service-delivery projects. Applicants should choose carefully between the Individual Organisation and Collective Action streams and build the proposal around one or more of the Foundation's three strategic impact areas while demonstrating credible engagement with decision-makers and/or creative advocacy. Particular attention should be given to evidence of community experience, gender and intersectionality, realistic influence pathways and the financial eligibility rules, including the three-year operating requirement, the £2.5 million annual-income ceiling and the rule that the grant request cannot exceed 70% of average annual organisational income.
