Short-term advocacy and resilience support for civil society responding to unexpected restrictions, attacks or opportunities affecting civic and democratic freedoms.

Who can apply

  • Formal or informal civil society organisations, groups or social movements may apply.
  • The situation must concern civic or democratic freedoms.
  • The response should address an unexpected restriction, threat or time-sensitive opportunity.
  • Activities are normally designed for a short three-to-six-month period.

Application steps
